BEIFU FORM are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, and are used as the standard tool within apparel brands and retailers to streamline communication between design studios, sample rooms, sourcing offces and factories.

Our personalized package is designed to help with mannequin needs. You select a suitable dress form mannequin from our BEIFUFORM Library, which is categorized by geographic region, gender, age group, size range, and body shapes.
Each BEIFUFORM is created through a 3D modeling process where our 3D Artist will apply specifc key angles, shapes, and postures of the human body. The 3D fle is sent to a computer-controlled milling machine to create a life-size mold,which is used in the fnal manufacturing process of the BEIFUFORM.BEIFUFORM's unique state-of-the-art manufacturing process combines the best of traditional and modern mannequin techniques - digital accuracy, detailed craftsmanship, and the fnest materials

Send us picture with details size (Head,shoulder ,chest,waist ,hips) and your special needs ( shoulder,hip collapsible or not, leg detachable or not ,and if need red line) we would appreciated it if you send us the original sample .
Will let you know the production procedure and send you the photos for your reference .
Production finished and wait customer confirmation
Order confirmed, will arrange to do the original confirm design .
2. Sample and prodiction time
Make customer satisfied attentively.
Sample lead time: 15-20 days
Production time: 15-25 days (Depends on the Qty) upon receiving the deposit
Aaccept sample order, test order, mix order and big order.

A: We use fiberglass Form, PU Form, Soft Form material. At present fiberglass is widely used.
2. How many models do you have?
A: We have thousands of models to choose, so in order to save time, you can give more details you want, like surface treatment, style, use age etc, we'll recommend most suitable models for you.
3. How long it will take for samples & production?
A: Usually it will take 7-15 days to make samples, and 20~35days for production. Depends on the quantity and production schedule. You can check it with our sales.
